Your job evidence is important. PROOF is built to keep company data separated and access controlled while you test the platform.
Company data separation
Every project, evidence record and report is scoped to your company. Row Level Security means one company cannot see another's data.
Private evidence storage
Photos, audio and documents are stored in a private bucket with company-scoped access policies. They are only served through signed, access-controlled URLs.
Controlled access
Signed-in users only see what their account and company role allows. Owner and Manager roles control team membership and permissions.
Secure evidence capture
Evidence uploads are validated against the selected project to confirm it belongs to your company before any files are accepted.
Beta status
PROOF is currently in beta. Our security and privacy practices are being reviewed and improved as the platform develops. We appreciate feedback from early users.
